C_(57)BL小鼠检测麻痹性贝类毒素方法的建立 被引量:3

摘要 目的采用标准近交系小鼠C57BL建立麻痹性贝类毒素(PSP)检测方法,为贝类食品中该毒素的检测提供可使用的实验动物品系资料。方法对近5年广州及深圳发生疑似PSP中毒的样品同时采用C57BL小鼠单位法和免疫学试剂盒法进行检测,分析二者结果的一致性。结果C57BL小鼠单位法与免疫学试剂盒检测法这一欧盟的标准的检测方法相比,结果具有明显的关联性,关联系数r=0.86。结论C57BL小鼠单位法可用于确定贝类食品是否污染PSP的检测。 Objective To establish a sensitive method on evaluate the contamination of PSP using C57BL mouse. Method Detect the existence of PSP with both C57BL mouse unit method and immunology kit, and analyze the relation of the Results. Result The Results detected with C57BL mouse unit method were correlated with the Results of immunology kit stipulated by the European Union. Conclusion The C57BL mouse unit method might be used as an assay to screen and evaluate the contamination of PSP.
