摘要
目的:通过对FVB-Cre+/-和FVB-ROSA转基因小鼠的血液生理和血液生化指标的测定和比较,为白血病模型动物的选择提供基础数据。方法:选取两种品系各10雌10雄56日龄小鼠,分别测定心率、血压,并采血进行血液生理和生化分析。结果:FVB-Cre+/-和FVB-ROSA两种转基因小鼠的白细胞(WBC)、红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)等各项生理指标及丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、门冬酸转氨酶(AST)、白蛋白(ALB)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、尿素氮(BUN)、总胆固醇(CHOL)等各项生化指标之间的差异均有统计学意义。结论:FVB-Cre+/-和FVB-ROSA转基因小鼠在血液生理、生化数据上具有特点,可作为模型动物为白血病的治疗和研究提供支持。
Objective Through blood biochemical and blood physiological indicators measurement of the FVB - Cre + / - and FVB - ROSA transgenic mice and comparison of animal model for leukemia, to provide basic data selection. Method Two kinds of strains of 56 - day- old mice (10 female, 10 male) were measured of heart rate and blood pressure, and blood physiological and biochemical indicators were analyzed. Results In two kinds of FVB - Cre + / - and FVB - ROSA transgenic mice, leukocytes ( WBC), red blood cell ( RBC), hemoglobin (HB) and other physiological indicators, and alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartic acid aminotransferase (AST), albu- min (ALB), alkaline phosphatase (AKP), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), total cholesterol (CHOL) and other biochemical parameters had significant difference. Conclusion The blood physiological and biochemical data in FVB - Cre +/- and FVB - ROSA transgenic mice have characteristics, and the test animals can as a model for leukemia treatment and research support.
