摘要
针对含钙质粉砂岩高强度和层理分布显著的特点,提出了可有效降低其片状含量的加工工艺。通过对含钙质粉砂岩高片状含量矿料的配合比进行设计,提出了采用棱角性较差细集料或砂替换的措施改善混合料的施工和易性,较好地满足了设计要求。结合试验路施工,提出了针对高片状含量的含钙质粉砂岩的施工技术,达到了规范对路面压实度、现场空隙率和路面渗水系数的要求。
According to the characteristics of containing calcium powder sandstone with high-strength and notable layer distribution, the aggregate processing technology is put forward which could reduce efficiently its flat content. By designing asphalt mixture to high flat content of containing calcium powder sandstone, the measures to the construction workability are presented by using fine aggregate or sand with low geometric property, and the design method could make the containing calcium powder sandstone satisfied design requirements. Combined with the testing roads construction, the construction technology to high flat content of containing calcium powder sandstone is put forward to control pavement compactness and rate of viod and water penetration coefficient based on standards requirements.
