摘要
目的探讨益肾饮联合雷公藤多甙对大鼠系膜增生性肾小球肾炎中脂质代谢的影响。方法实验大鼠随机分为空白对照A组、模型B组、雷公藤多甙C组、益肾饮D组、雷公藤多甙和益肾饮合用E组。B、C、D、E组制备大鼠系膜增生性肾小球肾炎模型,并以相应药物灌胃;采用ELISA法测定各组血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平。结果模型制备成功后,大鼠肾脏系膜细胞增生明显,血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平均不同程度升高;C、D、E组肾脏系膜细胞增生均减轻,血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平均较B组下降,且E组更为明显。结论益肾饮联合雷公藤多甙能有效地纠正系膜增生性肾小球肾炎引起的脂质代谢紊乱,减轻系膜细胞的增生。
Objective It is to approach the influence of Yishenyi and Glucosida Tripterygii TOTA on lipid metabolism in rats with mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis. Methods Experimental rats (50 days's age) were randomly divided into five groups: normal group (group A), model group (group B), Glucosida Tripterygii TOTA group (group C), Yishenyin group (group D) and Yishenyin combined with Glucosida Tripterygii TOTA group (group E). Rat models of mesangial protiferative glomerulonephritis were established and were treated with corresponding drugs by intragastric administration in group B, C, D and E. The levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL- C) in serum were detected by ELISA. Results After the rat models of mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis were established successfully, the levels of TC, TG and LDL- C in rats were obviously elevated. After treatment, the membrane proliferation and the levels of serum TC, TG and LDL C in group C, D and E were all reduced, and the effect was markedly in group E. Conclusion Yishenyin combined with Glucosida Tripterygii TOTA could effectively rectify dyslipidosis and reduce the membrane proliferation induced by mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis.
