摘要
患者女,62岁,因急性间质性肾炎、系膜增生性肾小球肾炎,给予甲泼尼龙80mg静脉滴注。输液约5min后患者出现鼻塞,流涕,打喷嚏,舌麻,全身瘙痒,胸背部出现散在荨麻疹。立即停止输液,给予氯雷他定10mg口服,葡萄糖酸钙注射液10ml静脉推注,0.5h后症状基本消失。
A 62-year-old woman with acute interstitial nephritis and mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis was treated with Ⅳ methylprednisolone 80 mg. After about five minutes of infusion, she developed nasal obstruction, nasal discharge, sneezing, tongue numbness, generalized pruritus, sporadic urticaria on her chest and back. The infusion was stopped immediately, and she was treated with loratadine 10 mg by mouth and IV calcium gluconate 10 ml. Half an hour later, her symptoms disappeared almost completely.
