摘要
目的:观察云克治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效。方法:采用云克对65例类风湿性关节炎患者进行治疗,观察治疗前后临床表现及治疗的效果。结果:云克治疗类风湿性关节炎的总有效率为95.8%。结论:云克治疗类风湿关节炎能改善临床症状及实验室指标,远期疗效好,毒副作用小。
Objective： To observe the efficacy of 99Tc-MDP in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods：Sixty-five patients with rheumatoid arthritis were treated with 99Tc-MDP to observe the clinical manifestations and the efficacy before and after the treatment. Results： The total effective rate of 99Tc-MDP was 95.8% in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Conclusion： It may improve the clinical symptoms and the laboratory indexes that 99Tc-MDP treats the patients with rheumatoid arthritis and it has a good long-term efficacy and a little toxic and side effect in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
