摘要
供应链管理是一种较新的管理理念,现在许多物流企业开始探讨利用这种新的管理理念在库存管理中的应用。文章对供应链管理环境下传统的库存管理存在的问题进行了研究,并对目前较为先进的供应链库存管理技术与方法之一的VMI管理从实施办法及战略作用方面进行了阐述。
The supply chain management is a novel managing conception, which has been widely applied in the stock management by many logistics enterprises. This article studies problem involved in the conventional stock management under the supply chain environment, and elaborates the implementation and stratagem effect of the VMI management which currently is one of the advanced supply chain stock managements.
