摘要
针对目前企业进行企业绩效评价方法的不足,本文运用多层次模糊综合评价的原理,建立一个基于全新的企业供应链管理下更加科学、易于操作的企业绩效评价方法,并讨论了评价指标的构建原则、评价指标的组成及其含义。以便企业更好地进行有效的绩效评价与管理,进一步探索企业持续发展的能力,跟上时代的脚步。
Because of the shortcomings of present evaluation methods of enterprise performance, fuzzy multi-level comprehensive theory is applied to provide a new, more scientific and easily operated method to evaluate SCM of enterprise. In addition, it also includes constitution principles and system of evaluation index and its content so as to evaluate and manage enterprises effectively and better, explore the competences of stainable development of enterprises and keep up with times.
