摘要
儿茶酚胺是人体内非常重要的神经递质,也是重要的激素物质。其分泌量的增减,标示着交感—肾上腺髓质系统机能兴奋性的状态,且被诸多学者认为可能是消化性溃疡病寒证、热证发生的物质基础。探寻中医学临床证型相结合的物质基础,是突破中医药学动物实验结果真实反映中医临床辨证分型实际的关键一环,故对胃溃疡寒/热辨证中儿茶酚胺的变化情况进行综述。
Recently the research on catecholamines has been widely discussed.Catecholamines are not only a kind of important neurotransmitter but also a kind of hormone.The change of catecholamines shows the functional activity of sympatheticoadreno-medullary system.It may also the basic of ulcer with cold or hot syndromes.This paper summarized the mechanism of catecholamines on gastric mucosa and the change of catecholamines in cold or hot syndromes.
