摘要
在对中国区域电网应急管理机制系统评价的基础上,从组织体系、应急技术、管理制度和应急保障4个角度阐述了当前区域电网应急管理机制的薄弱环节,涵盖了应急管理各阶段的关键性和普遍性问题,并对其提出了具体的建议,用于推动中国区域电网应急管理工作。
Based on the systematic assessment on Chinese regional power system emergency management mechanism, the weak link of the current Chinese regional power system emergency management mechanism are described from the viewpoints of organization system, emergency response technology, management rules and emergency logistical support, covering the key and common problems at every stage of emergency management. Some concrete suggestions are proposed to promote the regional power system emergency management level.
