摘要
介绍近年来国内外直流输电系统的运行经验,分析直流系统换相失败及闭锁的原因以及交直流混合输电系统并列运行存在的问题;分析上海电网交直流混合输电系统并列运行面临的安全隐患及受电安全性问题;提出了上海电网交直流混合输电运行对策和上海电网安全应急保障体系建设的建议。
The operational experiences of HVDC transmission systems both at home and abroad are presented,and causes of commutation failures and lockouts of the HVDC system are analyzed,as well as problems in parallel operation of the hybrid HVAC/HVDC transmission system.Suggestions on operational countermeasures against security risks for shanghai HVAC/HVDC transmission system and construction of the emergency response and support system for Shanghai Power Grid are proposed.
