脐血干细胞移植治疗心肌梗死的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 干细胞移植为近年来心血管领域研究的热点之一。脐血干细胞在自我更新、增殖分化和体外扩增等方面的潜能,明显优于骨髓干细胞和外周血干细胞,有可能成为未来细胞移植的重要供体。本文对脐血干细胞移植在治疗心肌梗死中进行的基础研究作了简要综述。
