数字减影全脑血管造影临床应用分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的观察不同疾病的数字减影全脑血管造影(DSA)的结果,探讨术后并发症防治。方法回顾我院神经内科2005-2008年80例DSA的结果,分析疾病与血管病变的关系及术程中并发症。结果80例DSA显示:颅内外血管内斑块形成、血管闭塞、次全闭塞、血管狭窄等52例,Moyamoya病2例,阳性检出率67.5%。其中1例术后出现穿刺部位血肿,皮下瘀血12cm×18cm,1例出现小脑梗塞。结论DSA对于脑血管疾病是一项较为安全、灵敏的检查方法;颈动脉病变在脑梗死、短暂脑缺血发作以及椎基底动脉供血不足等发病中起重要作用。 Objective To observe the brain digital subtraction angiography (DSA) finding of different neurologie diseases and discussion on the prevention of postoperative complications. Method Look back the Medicine of Department of Neurology our hospital 80 Cerebral angiography's case from 2005 to 2008, analyze the relationship of the disease and vascular lesions and the way of complications. Result 80 cases DSA display: The intracranial and extracranial the blood vessel of 52 cases appear the formation of plaque, vascular occlusion, occlusion of the whole, the blood vessels narrow, MoyaMoya disease 2 cases.Check outing the positive rate of 67.5 percent.One of them after operation appear to wear to stah the the part hematoma,skin to descend the blood clot 12×18cm^2,and 1 case appear to cerebellum infarction. Conclusion DSA is safe, simple and sensitive method for diagnosis of cerebrovascular lesion. Cartoid artery (especially internal carotid artery ) lesion play important role in cerebral infarction, transient ischemic attack and vete- brobasilar artery insufficiency.
