摘要
目的对新疆地产黑加仑和蓝靛果的降脂作用进行研究,为其进一步开发利用提供依据。方法用蛋黄乳剂腹腔注射法制备高脂血症家兔,然后耳静脉分别注射黑加仑和蓝靛果提取液,24h后耳静脉取血,检测血脂指标。结果注射两种提取液的家兔血清总胆固醇(T-CHOL)、甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的浓度显著降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)恢复正常水平,载脂蛋白A(Apo-A)和载脂蛋白B(Apo-B)则无明显变化。结论用蛋黄乳剂腹腔注射法建立高脂血症模型家兔是较为理想的方法,黑加仑和蓝靛果提取液对家兔高脂血症有较好的治疗作用。
Objective To evaluate the efficiency of lowering blood lipids of black currant and Lonicera caerulea fruit,and to provide basis for further exploitation and utilization of black currant and Lonicera caerulea fruit.Methods Peritoneal injection with yolk emulsion was taken to set up model of rabbit with hyperlipidemia,then black currant juice and Lonicera caerulea fruit juice were administered by vein to hyperlipidemia rabbits.The level of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(T-CHOL),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in serum were detected after 24 hours.Resuits After the experiment,the level of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(T-CHOL)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)decreased obviously,the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)got normal.Conclusions Both black currant and Lonicera caerulea fruit can reduce the level of blood lipids of the experimental rabbit.
