摘要
目的通过检测ERK1/2和p38在泡球蚴感染小鼠肝组织中的表达,探讨其在肝泡球蚴病发生中的作用。方法采用半定量逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)及免疫组织化学的方法检测16例感染组小鼠和16例对照组小鼠肝组织中的ERK1/2和p38的表达水平。结果感染组ERK1/2表达水平较对照组有统计学差异(P<0.05),p38的表达在感染组与对照组无统计学差异。结论在泡球蚴感染早期,肝细胞增殖占主导。
Objective To investigate the expression of ERK1/2 and p38 in hepatic tissue of BALB/c mice infected with Echinococcocus multilocularis and molecular mechanism of Echinococcocus multilocularis. Methods Semi - quantitative reverse transcriptional polymerase chain reaction ( RT - PCR) and immunohistochemistry were employed to detect the expression level of ERK1/2 and p38 of 16 cases in the experimental group and 16 cases in control group. Results There was a statistically significant difference of ERK1/2 expression level between the experimental group and control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) , whereas there was no statistically significant difference of p38 expression. Conclusions The proliferation of hepatic cells has a closed relationship with the early infection of Echinococcocus multilocularis.
