摘要
用不同剂量60Co-γ射线辐照蜜环菌表明,低剂量(10~80Gy)处理能提高菌丝体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性3.90%~29.40%,降低丙二醛(MDA)含量5.00%~26.30%,有刺激生长、延缓衰老的效应。高剂量(80Gy以上)处理则降低SOD酶活性29.40%~70.60%,提高MDA含量11.70%~135.40%,过氧化物酶(POD)活性提高23.10%~1534.60%,显示抑制生长、促进衰老的效应。
The mycelia of Armillaria mellea (Vahl. ex Fr.) Quel were irradiated with 60 Co γ rays at different doses. Lower dose (10~80 Gy) irradiation increased SOD activity by 3.90%~29.40% and decreased MDA content by 5.00%~26.30%, thus stimulating the growth and delaying the senescence of the mycelia, while higher doses (>80 Gy) reduced SOD activity by 29.40%~70.60%, raised MDA content by 11.70%~135.40% and increased POD activity by 23.10%~1534.60%, therefore inhibiting the growth of the mycelia and accelerating their senescence.
