摘要
论述了60Co-γ射线辐照后,蟹爪兰的几种酶比活力及氧化产物MDA含量的变化。结果表明,SOD比活力较对照均有不同程度的提高,在20 Gy时最高;CAT比活力较对照有较大程度的提高,其中以80 Gy时上升最高与辐照剂量呈显著正相关,与PPO比活力呈负相关,而就POD来说,在20 Gy时最低,随着剂量的增加,其比活力增加,50 Gy时最高;PPO较对照下降,在40 Gy处降至最低;丙二醛在10 Gy处较对照降低,然后呈增加的趋势,至90 Gy时增加至最高,MDA含量与辐照剂量呈正相关。SOD比活力、PPO比活力均与辐照剂量呈负相关。
In the paper, we discussed the effect of ^60Co-γ irradiation on some enzymatic activity and MDA content of Zygocactus trurncatus and found that after irradiated someenzymatic activity of Zygocactus trumcatus was changed. Compared with the contrast the activity of SOD increased in some extend and at the treatment of 20 Gy there was the max. The rate of CAT increased and was highest at 80 Gy, which was significant positive correlation with the irradiation dosage ; As to POD the rate activity decreased a little at 20 Gy and at the treatment of 50 Gy reached the max, Compared with CK the rate activity of PPO reduced and MDA declined at 10 Gy but with the increase of dosage after that cane to a head at 90 Gy and also there was a positive correlation between MDA content and irradiation dosage. In addition, both SOD and PPO rate activity had a negative correlation with irradiation dosage but were not significant.
