摘要
探讨了强直性脊柱炎脾胃虚弱型的形成原因,归纳为先天、药物和情志三种。先天因素包括素体脾胃虚弱、肾阳虚衰;药物因素包括长期服用非甾体类抗炎药和具有明显毒性的藤类、虫类中药等;情志因素主要包括七情太过导致的焦虑、烦躁、忧郁等。
The etiology of weekness of spleen and stomach type of ankylosing spondylitis were discussed, which included congenital factors, drug factors and disorder of emotions. Congenital factors were weakriess of spleen and stomach,kidney-Yang deficiency. Drug factors included drug taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and toxious rattan,worms Chinese medicine for a long time. Emotional factors were anxiety,irritability, depression which caused by excessive emotions.
