摘要
认为脾肾两虚、痰浊瘀阻是代谢综合征(MS)发病的主要病因病机。痰浊瘀阻贯穿于MS的始终,与现代医学所认为的"胰岛素抵抗(IR)是MS各种症状的‘共同土壤’"的认识具有一致性。
It is think that the major mechanism of metabolism Syndrome （MS） is deficiency of both spleen and kidney and phlegm-blood stasis by analyzing etiology and pathogenesis of MS. Phlegmzblood stasis play the most role in MS,which is in agreement with the cognition of modern medicine that insulin resistant is common soil of MS＇s various symptoms.
