摘要
党的十六届六中全会首次明确提出建设和谐文化的重大战略任务。提出建设和谐文化,是我们党的一个重大理论创新。近年来,思想理论界对社会主义和谐文化建设有关问题进行了广泛、深入的研究。就建设和谐文化的重要性、必要性和战略意义,社会主义和谐文化的科学内涵、基本特征,"核心价值体系"与"和谐文化"的关系,和谐文化与先进文化、和谐社会的关系,建设和谐文化的路径和要求等研究成果进行全面而系统的综述具有重要的现实指导意义。
The major strategic task of building a harmonious culture was put forward in the Six Plenary Session of the 16^th CPC Central Committee. It is a theoretical innovation that our party has made to build a harmonious culture, into which the ideological and theoretical circles have made an extensive and deep research in recent years. This paper gives a comprehensive and systematic overview on the importance, necessity and strategic significance of building the culture and its scientific connotation and basic features as well as the relationship between the culture and the ＂core value system.＂ The paper also points out the requirements and the route to achieve the goal.
