摘要
文化是一定社会政治和经济的反映,又对一定社会的政治与经济产生重大的影响;然而存在决定意识,没有和谐的政治、经济及社会建设,就没有和谐文化的建构与发展。社会主义和谐文化是先进文化,它既是社会主义社会“质”的规定性的综合体现,又是社会主义先进生产力的有机构成,并体现着历史传承性、主题时代性和制度阶级性三要素的有机统一。因而建设社会主义和谐文化,必须坚持以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,依托科学发展观和建设和谐社会两大战略思想、把握其内在的三个维度的基本关系、建立四组重要的机制、培育五种精神支撑和形成六重社会回应。
Culture reflects and is affected by a certain social politics and economy.However,existence determines consciousness.Without harmonious political,economic and social construction,there is no construction and development of harmonious culture.Socialist harmonious culture is advanced.It gives the synthetic manifestation of socialist property and the component of advanced socialist productivity.It is the organic unification of historic inheritance,thematic time spirit and systematic class property.Therefore,to construct the socialist harmonious culture,we must take Deng Xiaoping Theory and the Three Represents as the instruction,depend on the two strategic thoughts of the scientific concept of development and the construction of harmonious society,grasp the basic relationship of the three intrinsic dimensions,set up four groups of important mechanism,cultivate five spiritual support and form six round of social response.
