摘要
纳豆激酶是一种枯草杆菌酶,具有较强的纤溶活性和溶栓功能,是一种治疗心脑血管疾病的理想候选药物。目前,纳豆激酶分离方法、纳豆激酶功能、结构及其应用、纳豆激酶工程菌构建已成为纳豆激酶的研究热点,也成为未来纳豆激酶研究的导向。
Nattokinase （NK） is a subtilisin with potent fibrinolytic ability. NK is a candidate for prevention and cure for cardio vascular disease. At present, the separation, function, structure, the corresponding application, and formation of recombinant strain of nattokinase, have become research hotspots, which will become the future study guides.
