摘要
农业产业化的内涵是农工商一体化经营，是农户追求收入最大化的一种制度创新，受社会交易成本最小化规律和社会平均利润率规律支配。在实践中主要采取了股份合作制型、合同制型、联合经营型、私营经济型４种模式，实现农业产业化应当在技术、组织、管理等方面有所创新。
The definition of Agricultural industrialization is integral management of agriculture, Industry and commerce. It is a kind of system innovation for which peasants seek the maximum of revenues. It is restricted by the law of the minimum of social trade cost and social average profit rate. In practice, it mainly adopts four models. Share cooperating contracting. United management. Rural vocational household and private econimy. Making it into reality must have innovation in technology, organization and management.
