摘要
我国居住实态和住宅是复杂变化的,需要充分发展各种住宅空调方式,不能"罢黜百家,独尊儒术"。当前普遍使用的分散式住宅空调器向建筑周围的空气排热、取热,在高密度的住宅区引起了社会矛盾,因此其室外换热器的排风无组织状态需要改变;而集中式空调系统用于住宅则侵犯了居民的消费权益,应将使用调控权交给各户。总之,住宅空调方式要达到供电供水那样给居民高度的自主权,同时保持空调系统的高能效需要更大的技术进步。
Due to the complexity of domestic residential building, every residential air-conditioning mode should be developed instead of only one style. Non-organized exhaust air of outdoor heat exchanger should be improved, which had caused social conflicts in high dense residential community for disperse residential air-conditioning units. On the other hand, for central air-conditioning systems, the control rights should be handled to each customer due to the violation of dwellers＇ rights. As a result, in order to achieve the independence of air-conditioning mode as electricity and water supply, as well as the high energy efficiency, greater technological improvements should be needed.
