摘要
采用Haake转矩流变仪、TGA、DSC等方法研究两种不同类型扩链剂对再生PC的扩链效果。实验结果表明,恶唑啉型扩链剂对再生PC的熔融粘度、耐热性能、Tg和冲击韧性提高较明显,而环氧型扩链剂对拉伸强度提高较明显。
By Haake rheometer, TGA and DSC, the chain-extending effects of two kinds of chain extenders on recycled polycarbonate were researched. The results indicated that oxazoline-type chain extender had better effect on molten viscosity, thermal stability, glass transition temperature and impact strength of recycled polycarbonate, but epoxy-type chain extender could improve the tensile strength of recycled polycarbonate more obviously.
