摘要
社会工作职业化是社会工作研究的一大焦点。本文从社会工作职业化的涵义、背景、意义、问题、策略等方面初步梳理了近十年来研究者们的基本观点,形成的基本结论:大陆已有社会工作职业化研究的总体水平尚是偏低,可喜的是近年来微观取向、实证取向的研究逐渐增多,并有了较强的本土理论追求。
The professionalization of social work is a major research focus of social work. This article preliminarily combs through the basic views of the researchers in past 10 years from the aspects of con-notation, background, significance, problems, strategies and so on of the professionalization of social work, which is forming the basic conclusion that the overall level on the professionalization of which is still low, but it is gratified to note that micro--oriented and empirical oriented re-searches have been gradually increased, and strong local theoretical pursuits have come into being in recent years.
