摘要
针对高压高水基棉麻动密封软填料在往复式动密封工作中对高水基工作液产生的污染现象,以MRB125/31.5往复式柱塞乳化液泵为试验机型研究分析污染物的产生原因。污染物是由填料表面固体润滑剂的磨屑组成,磨屑以金属柱塞杆为载体向泵的高压内腔窜动,并在高水基工作液的冲刷作用下引起污染。
The soft packing braided by cotton and ramee in the dynamic sealing and in the high pressure and high water-based fluid system causes pollution of high water-based working fluid in the reciprocating dynamic-sealing working condition. The cause of pollution is analyzed with the machine of MRB125/31.5 type reciprocating plunger emulsion pump, which indicates that the pollutants are composed of abrasive dusts from packing surface＇ solid lubricant. The abrasive dusts move into the internal high pressure cavity of pump by taking the metal plunger levers as carriers and cause pollution with the scouring action of high water-based working fluid.
