以国产多西紫杉醇为主的化疗方案治疗转移性乳腺癌20例 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨以多西紫杉醇为主治疗转移性乳腺癌的疗效及患者不良反应。方法晚期转移性乳腺癌20例，既往全部使用过蒽环类药物，且大多数应用过紫杉醇、顺铂化疗。再度进展后选择国产多西紫杉醇单药，或联合异环磷酰胺，或联合卡培他滨化疗。21d为1个周期，2个周期后评价疗效，有效者化疗4个周期以上。结果20例中CR1例，PR13例，SD4例，PD2例，总有效率70％（14／20）。不良反应主要为骨髓抑制和脱发，白细胞减少Ⅲ～Ⅳ度，占50％。结论以多西紫杉醇为主的化疗方案治疗转移性乳腺癌疗效较好，不良反应可耐受。
