摘要
[目的]观察粗针神道穴透刺治疗慢性荨麻疹对血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)的影响及临床疗效。[方法]将60例患者随机分成两组,治疗组30例采用粗针神道穴透刺治疗,对照组30例采用口服盐酸左西替利嗪片。[结果]治疗12周两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗2周、6周、12周后血清IgE水平与治疗前比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。对照组血清IgE水平与治疗前比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。[结论]粗针神道穴透刺可以有效降低慢性荨麻疹患者的血清IgE水平,且疗程短,中远期疗效稳定。
[Objective] To observe the clinical effect and the changes of sera IgE of bodkin shendao point penetration needling in treating chronic urticaria. [Methodes]A total of 60 patients was randomly divided into two groups：30 patients treated by penetration needling for two weeks and 30 patients treated with Levocetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets for 6 weeks. Observe the short,average and long-term clinial effect of both groups. Observe the level of sera IgE before and after treating. [Results] The clinical effect of the two groups during after 2,6 weeks has no obvious difference（P〉0.05）, however there is obvious difference in 12 weeks during the treatments between two groups （P〈0.05）. The levels of sera IgE have obvious difference between before and after 2,6,12 weeks during treatment in both groups （P〈0.01）. The levels of sera IgE in the bodkin group have obvious difference between before and 12 weeks after treatment（P〈0.01） ,but the drugs group has no obvious difference（P〉0.05）. The levels of sera IgE have no obvious difference between two groups before and at 2 and 6 weeks during treatment （P〉0.05） ,and the levels of sera IgE have obvious difference between the two groups 12 weeks after treatment（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Bodkin shendao point penetration needing can lower the level of sera IgE of chronic urticaria patients effectively, the period of treatment is short, and the clinical effect is stable in the average and long term period.
