摘要
[目的]观察鹿欣肽注射液对临床骨折愈合的影响。[方法]对骨折住院采取保守治疗的病人80例随机配对原则分两组,治疗组40例肽注射液16mg,每1次,12d1疗程,连用3疗程;对照组40例静滴丹参注射液,观察骨折愈合情况。[结果]鹿瓜多肽注射液治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异具有非常显著性(P<0.01)。[结论]鹿瓜多肽治疗骨折,能促进骨痂早期形成、增加骨痂生成数量及骨密度、改善骨结构、缩短外固定时间。
[Objective] To observe the effect of Luxin Peptide Injection on clinical fracture cure. [Method] Randomly divide 80 cases with conservative treatment into 2 groups,the treatment group 40 cases take Peptide Injection 16mg,once/d, 12d as a course,for 3 courses;the control one 40 cases with Salvia Injection of intravenous drip. Observe their fracture cure effects. [Result] The treatment group was better than control on cure effect,the difference was greatly obvious（P〈0. 01）. [Conclusion] Lugua Peptide curing fracture can promote early formation of callus,increase callus amount and bone density, improve bone structure and shorten external fixation period.
