摘要
[目的]观察中药玉葵清对2型糖尿病肾病早期细胞因子的干预作用,进一步探讨玉葵清临床治疗早期2型糖尿病肾病可能的作用机理。[方法]选择2型糖尿病肾病尿微量白蛋白期患者72例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在对照组常规治疗基础上加用玉葵清颗粒。[结果]治疗前两组IL-6差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后组间IL-6具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而IL-1β,TNF-α前后组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]提示中药玉葵清有抑制IL-6升高的作用。
[Objective]To observe the intervention of Chinese medicine Yukuiqing on early cell factors of type-2 diabetic nephrosis, further explore its possible functional mechanism. [ Method]Choose 72 cases of diabetic nephrosis with slight urinary albumin,randomly divide them into treatment and control groups,the treatment group is added with Yukuiqing Granule on the basis of routine therapy of control one. [Result]Before treatment, the difference of IL-6 had no statistic meaning for both groups（P〉0.05）, but did have after treatment（P〈0.05） ;while there＇s no statistical meaning of difference between the 2 groups before and after treatment on IL -1βand TNF-α（P〉0.05）. [Conclusion]It shows that Yukuiqing can function to inhibit IL-6 rise.
