摘要
当今各国应用的运载火箭上,单层共底燃料贮箱的检漏方法大致可归纳为两种类型:真空检漏法和累积法检漏。真空检漏法又可细分为单孔漏率叠加法(也称小真空罩盒法)、大罩帽真空法、大真空罐法;而累积法检漏也可细分为正压差累积法和累积法。对上述五种检漏方法通过可靠性、投资费用、检测时间三项技术指标进行了评估,认为单层共底燃料贮箱的使用状态采用累积法检漏较佳。
The leakage checking methods for single layer and common base tank can generally be divided to two kinds:vacuum method and accumulating method. The vacuum one can be divided in detail into single hole leakage rate superposition method (i.e. small vacuum cover method), large cover vacuum method and large vacuum pot method; and the accumulating method also can be divided into plus differential pressure method and plus accumulating method. Through the evaluation of above five leakage checking methods against three technical index of reliability, investment and check time, it is thought that the accumulating methods are better for the use of single layer and common base tank.
