摘要
基于有限元分析软件Abaqus/Standard,本文建立弹箭体上一种典型管接头的轴对称模型。计算通径为2mm的管接头在4~16N.m拧紧力矩作用下密封带宽度。为了验证计算结果的有效性,采用显微镜测量2件管接头在相同拧紧力矩范围内密封带宽度。结果表明密封带宽度的仿真计算和试验结果能较好吻合。此外,本文建立管接头拧紧力矩与密封带之间关系,为工程中管接头拧紧力矩的确定提供理论依据。
Based on the finite element analysis software Abaqus/Standard, axi-symmetric model of a typical pipe tie-in in the missiles and rockets is built in this paper. The seal width of 2mm-diameter pipe tie-in under the tightening torque 4-16N'm are simulated respectively. In order to verify the validity of the calculation results, two specimens of the pipe tie-in are seleted to measure the seal width within the same torque range by the microscope. The results show that the simulation results of the seal width agree well with the experiment. What's more, the relation betwwen the tightening torque and seal width of the pipe tie-in is set up, which can provide theotetical support for the tightening torque confirm of pipe tie-in in the engineering.
