摘要
英国的陪审制度在世界司法制度史上占有重要地位。但关于英国陪审制度的起源,却一直是法制史中长期争论的话题,至今仍无确切答案。因此本文以着重介绍其起源为目的,并在此基础上简单探讨陪审制度在英国的确立及其原因。
Britain's jury system plays an important role in the history of the world?ˉs judicial system.But the origin of the jury system has been a topic of controversy in the long-term legal history,yet still no definite answer.Therefore,this paper focuses on the origin of the jury system,and discusses the process and reasons of its establishment in the United Kingdom.
