摘要
利用自制飞行时间质谱仪(TOFMS)比较了微秒级脉冲辉光放电(μS一pulseGD)与直流辉光放电(dc-GD)离子源的特性。讨论了两种放电模式的伏安特性以及放电参数对de-GDTOFMS质谱信号强度的影响。给出了用dc-GD与pulseGD获得的质谱图。实验结果表明,与dc一GD相比,μS-pulseGD作为TOFM的离子面有更多的优越性,在直接固体样品分析和表面逐层分析等领域有良好的应用前景。
The characteristics of microsecond -pulse glow discharge (μs-pulse CD) and direct current glow discharge (dc-GD) asion are of time-of-flight mass spectrometry(TOFMS) are compared. The voltage-current characteristics of two dis-charge modes and the effects of discharge paramteres of dc-GD on the intensity of mass signals are discussed. The massspectra obtained with dc -GD and pulse GD are given. Experimental results show that pulse GD is more suitable forTDFMS than dc-Gd and has promising future in the fields of direct solid analysis and surface depth analysis.
