摘要
湘西州是一个有着丰富旅游资源的"老、少、边、山、穷"地区,有着悠久的历史文化、神奇的山水风光,浓郁的民族风情,旅游资源十分丰富。把丰富的旅游资源优势转化为经济优势,湘西州应实施旅游扶贫战略,发挥政策优势、联动优势和整体效益优势,尽快使贫困及低收入人口脱贫致富奔小康。
Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture has rich tourist resources, but still a poor area. This article based on the the pro-poor tourism theories, analysis present situation of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture, points out some problems, and proposes ways to cast off poverty.
