摘要
得天独厚的旅游资源优势、较好的交通和区位条件、良好的政策环境和政府的大力支持是湘西自治州旅游扶贫开发的有利条件。湘西自治州旅游扶贫开发的基本思路在于:一、解放思想,统一认识,进一步强化政府在旅游扶贫开发中的主导作用;二、合理定位,突出重点,进一步加大旅游扶贫开发资源的整合力度;三、注重品质,挖掘内涵,进一步提升旅游扶贫开发的文化含量;四、广开门路,争取投入,进一步筹措旅游扶贫开发资金。
With its unique tourist resources,convenient transportation and location,as well as the government support,Xiangxi Prefecture has a favorable condition to promote tourism industry so as to alleviate poverty and develop economy.In doing this,the followings should be taken into consideration：firstly,emancipate the mind and unify understanding to strengthen to leading role of the government,secondly,put the tourism industry in a proper position and give prominence to poverty alleviation and economic development,thirdly,maintain the quality of tourism industry and add cultural element to it,and fourthly,try to raise more money to promote the tourism industry so as to alleviate poverty and develop economy.
