摘要
[目的]比较不同种属小鼠在链脲佐菌素血糖模型的成模率。[方法]采用昆明种、BALB/c、ICR、C57BL/J6四种雌性小鼠,pH4.5柠檬酸PBS溶解链脲佐菌素小鼠腹腔注射,观察种属对模型成模率的影响。[结果]C57BL/J6小鼠造模成功率93.3%,其次为昆明种和ICR 86.7%,最低为BALB/c 80.0%。[结论]6 d模型形成率四个种属无统计学差异。
[Objective]To study the influence of streptozotocin induced diabetes in different species of rats. [Methods]4 Kunming species of male rates of km BALB/c,ICR,C57BL/J6 were injected with streptozotocin （STZ） and the influence of streptozotocin induced diabetes was observed in rates. [-Results] The diabetes model formation rate was 93.3% in C57BL/36 group; 86.7 % in ICRR and 80.0% in BALB/c. [Conclusion]There was no difference of she diabetes model formation rate in the four species of rats.
