摘要
目的探讨胃选择性迷走神经切断术对肝再生的影响。方法建立肝部分切除术及加胃选择性迷走神经切断术两组动物模型,检测术后7天大鼠血清胃泌素、谷丙转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶、总胆红素、白蛋白水平,并观察残肝再生率、再生肝与体重比值及肝细胞有丝分裂指数的变化。结果胃选择性迷走神经切断术可使血清胃泌素、残肝再生率、再生肝重与体重比值、肝细胞有丝分裂指数升高,对肝功能无明显损害。结论胃选择性迷走神经切断术可促进肝再生,其原因可能为胃泌素升高所致。
Objective To evaluate the effects of gastric selective vagotomy (GSV) on residual liver regeneration after partial hepatectomy in rats. Methods Two groups of rats randomly underwent either partial hepate- ctomy or partial hepatectomy plus GSV. The changes of the hereunder indexes were determined 7 days af- ter the operation: serum gastrin (SG), ALT, ALP, total bilirin, serum albumin, residual liver regeneration rate (LRR), the ratio of regenerated liver mass to body weight (RLM/BW) and the hepatocyte mitotic index (HMI). Results The SG level, LRR, RLM/ BW and HMI were significantly increased after GSV. No obvious deterious effects on liver function were found. Conclusion GSV can potentially promote the residual liver regeneration after partial hepatectomy, which resulted from the increase of SG level.
