错配修复基因hMSH2在宫颈癌变过程中的表达及意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨错配修复基因hMSH2在宫颈癌变过程中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测34例正常宫颈、101例宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CINⅠ、CINⅡ、CINⅢ)和46例宫颈癌组织中hMSH2的表达情况。结果hMSH2在正常宫颈、CINⅠ、CINⅡ、CINⅢ和宫颈癌组织中阳性表达率分别为26.47%、61.29%、64.10%、74.19%和80.43%,与正常组织比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);hMSH2蛋白在CIN各组间表达有随分级增加而升高趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。hMSH2蛋白表达与宫颈癌的病理分级、淋巴结转移、临床分期无关。结论hMSH2在宫颈癌变中发挥重要作用,可能成为宫颈癌基因治疗的靶点之一。 Objective in cervical carcinoma. Methods To investigate the expression and significance of human mismatch repair gene (hMSH2) method was used to detect the expression of hMSH2 in normal cervical, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia ( CIN Ⅰ , CIN Ⅱ, CIN Ⅲ ) and cervical carcinoma tissues. Results The hMSH2 positive expression rate of hMSH2 was significantly higher in CIN, CIN Ⅱ, CIN Ⅲ and cervical carcinoma tissues than that in normal cervical tissue. There was no significant correlation between hMSH2 expression and the patients' stage, grade and lymph node metastases. Condusion The hMSH2 may play an important role in development of cervical carcinoma and may be a new target for gene therapy.
