摘要
采用文献资料法,问卷调查法,对福建高校教师体育锻炼项目进行调查研究,结果表明:福建高校教师体育锻炼活动的主要项目集中在跑步,篮、排球,太极拳,羽毛球,乒乓球。锻炼项目的参与率与年龄的增长有直接的关系。并与经济状况有一定的联系。
By using consulting information and files, the author investigated the item of university teacher＇s physical exercise, the result shows that the most popular items are running, basketball, volleyball,Taijiquan,badminton and table tennis. The attachment probability has something to do with the age and income condition.
