摘要
为提高三角紫叶酢浆草的育苗效率,以三角紫叶酢浆草叶片为材料,在现有研究的基础上,采用固定配比的6-BA(0.5mg/L)和NAA(0.5mg/L),研究了KT、2,4-D对"一步法"诱导三角紫叶酢浆草再生体系的影响。研究表明MS+0.5mg/L6-BA+0.5mg/LNAA+1.0mg/LKT+0.1mg/L2,4-D的激素组合更能促进再生体系的形成,该激素组合可以诱导愈伤组织的形成,并诱导根及不定芽的发生及其增殖,三角紫叶酢浆草再生体系分化效率高,每块1cm2的叶片外植体平均可诱导成苗21.8棵。"一步法"诱导形成三角紫叶酢浆草再生体系方法能有效的降低工作量,而且具有再生苗诱导效率高的特点,有利于规模化繁育三角紫叶酢浆草。
To improve the efficiency of Oxalis triangularis purpurea breeding, this study is done by leaf explant. 0.5 mg/L 6-BA and 0.5 mg/L NAA are added to the culture based on the last study. KT and 2,4-D concentrations impact on Oxalis triangularis purpurea regeneration system by "one-step method" are further studied. It shows that MS + 0.5 mg/L 6-BA + 0.5 mg/L NAA + 1.0 mg/L KT + 0.1 mg/L 2,4-D hormone combination promote the generation of the regeneration system. The callus, adventitious root and bud are induced after certain days. The regeneration system shows high differentiation efficiency, and averagely 21.8 seedlings are induced from 1 cm^2 leaf explant. "One-step method" induced Oxalis triangularis purpurea regeneration system may reduce the workload effectively, moreover, with a characteristic of high efficiency induced regeneration seedlings, which is propitious to Oxalis triangularis purpurea breeding.
