摘要
依据有限元程序的原理和结构,分析膨胀节各处的应力详细分布情况和危险点的位置,向设计人员提供更加具有形象感的应力分析参数。另外,还结合常规应力分析进行复核,旨在分析位移对波形膨胀节耐压能力的影响,并介绍提高波形膨胀节耐压能力的方法。
This dissertation,which bases on the principle and the structure of the finite element program,analyzes the detailed distributing situation of the stress and the place of the danger point on the bellow expansion joint,and supplies the designer with the more impressive stress analyzing data. Also,adopting the general analyzing method to cheek the stress ,it aims to analyze the loading capacity of the bellow expansion joint caused by the displacement,and introduces how to increase its loading capacity.
