摘要
研制了一种可在强风颤、渗水条件下使用的隧道防火板。从结构设计上解决了板材吸水变形、脱落垮塌和受到强烈热冲击时容易爆裂穿火等技术难题。以复合发泡材料IEM-OEM、氯丁胶乳及硅酸铝纤维为原料制备的板材,浸水变形率为0,产烟毒性达到ZA1级,按C-H或RABT曲线升温,耐火极限均可达到3h。确定了IEM-OEM厚度与耐火极限的关系函数,对施工、监测具有指导意义;在该板材研究的基础上编制了《隧道防火板通用技术要求及试验方法》行业标准。
A novel tunnel fire-proofing board which can be used under conditions of strong wind and water leakage has been developed. Technical problems such as deformation by water-absorption,collapse and fire perforation under violent heat. shock are solved by structural design of the board. The board constructed with IEM-OEM,neoprene :latex and aluminum silicate fibors,the immersion deformation rate of this board is zero, and its smoke toxicity reaches to ZA1 .grade.According to C-H or RABT heating curves, its duration of fire resistance is up to 3 hours. The correlative function between IEM-OEM thickness and duration of fire resistance is determined,which can guide the construction and quality control of the board. Compilation of the trade standard of "General Technical Requirements and Test Methods of Tunnel Fire-proofing Board" was made based on research of the fire-proofing hoard.
