摘要
目的:探讨高压氧(HBO)对糖尿病患者降糖作用机制。方法:观察22例糖尿病患者HBO治疗前后的血糖、C肽、胰岛素受体及葡萄糖利用常数(KI)等变化。结果:HBO治疗后,空腹及餐后2小时血糖明显下降(P<0.05、P<0.01),葡萄糖利用常数(KI)明显上升(P<0.001),空腹、6分钟C肽及胰岛素受体均无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:HBO治疗可使机体对胰岛素敏感性增加,减少糖尿病患者的胰岛素抵抗。
Objective:To study the hypoglycemic effect of hyperbaric oxygenation(HBO) on diabetes.Methods:The blood glucose,serum Cpeptide,insulin receptor of blood cells and glucose disposal constant in Ⅱ diabetes patients were investigated before and after the HBO therapy.Results:After the treatment,the level of blood glucose was significantly decreased(P<0.01) and the glucose disposal constant was obviously increased(P<0.01) at fasting or 2hrs of after glucokinin injection.Whereas,the level of Cpeptide and insulin receptor at fasting or 6min of after glucokinin injection was unchanged(P>0.05).Conclusion:It is suggested that HBO therapy could enhance the body sensitivity to insulin and decrease the insulin resistance of diabetes patients.
