摘要
目的：探讨高压氧（ＨＢＯ）对糖尿病患者降糖作用机制。方法：观察２２例糖尿病患者ＨＢＯ治疗前后的血糖、Ｃ肽、胰岛素受体及葡萄糖利用常数（ＫＩ）等变化。结果：ＨＢＯ治疗后，空腹及餐后２小时血糖明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０５、Ｐ＜０．０１），葡萄糖利用常数（ＫＩ）明显上升（Ｐ＜０．００１），空腹、６分钟Ｃ肽及胰岛素受体均无明显变化（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论：ＨＢＯ治疗可使机体对胰岛素敏感性增加，减少糖尿病患者的胰岛素抵抗。
Objective:To study the hypoglycemic effect of hyperbaric oxygenation(HBO) on diabetes.Methods:The blood glucose,serum Cpeptide,insulin receptor of blood cells and glucose disposal constant in Ⅱ diabetes patients were investigated before and after the HBO therapy.Results:After the treatment,the level of blood glucose was significantly decreased(P<0.01) and the glucose disposal constant was obviously increased(P<0.01) at fasting or 2hrs of after glucokinin injection.Whereas,the level of Cpeptide and insulin receptor at fasting or 6min of after glucokinin injection was unchanged(P>0.05).Conclusion:It is suggested that HBO therapy could enhance the body sensitivity to insulin and decrease the insulin resistance of diabetes patients.
