摘要
采用常规压片法对2个不同叶背色的五唇兰进行染色体数目和核型比较分析。结果表明:2种叶背色五唇兰的染色体数目均为2n=38,核型类型均为"1B"型,二者同为一个种。其中,绿叶五唇兰的核型组成公式为2n=2x=38= 30m+8sm,核型不对称系数为58.02%;红叶五唇兰的核型组成公式为2n=2x=38=34m+4sm,核型不对称系数为57.17%。两者主要由中部着丝粒染色体和近中部着丝粒染色体组成,无随体染色体,且以红叶五唇兰的核型较为原始。
Two varieties of Doritis pulcherrima Lindley, red and green on the leaf dorsal sides were karyologically analyzed by conventional pressed method. The results showed that the number of their somatic chromosomes of the plants are 2n = 38, diploid, and that the karyotypes are "1B" for both. For the red color plants the karyotype formula was 2n = 2x = 38 = 30m+8sm and the index of the karyotypic asymmetry 58.02 %; for the green color plants the karyotype formula was 2n = 2x = 38 = 34m + 4sm and the index of the karyotypic asymmetry 57.17 %. The karyotype of D. pulcherrima with the red color on the leaf doral side appeared more primitive. The diploid karyotype mainly consisted of metacentic and submetacentric chromosomes, but not satellites.
