甘蓝型油菜不同硫苷含量品系辐射敏感性差异 被引量:1

Variation in sensitivity of irradiation among lines of Brassica napus L with different glucosinolate content

摘要 选择硫苷性状差异较大,而其它品质性状和农艺性状相近的油菜品系967H和967L为材料,探讨了甘蓝型油菜对辐射的敏感性与硫苷含量的关系。结果显示,低硫苷品系比高硫苷品系对辐射敏感。967H的800Gy、1 000Gy和1 200Gy辐射处理发芽率均极显著高于967L;967H的这三种辐射剂量处理成苗率比967L分别高9.8%、19.8%和20.1%。相同剂量辐射处理对967L的M1和M2植株农艺性状的影响显著大于967H,对967L主要农艺性状产生显著影响的辐射剂量为800Gy以上,对967H主要农艺性状产生显著影响的辐射剂量为1 000Gy以上。967L辐射处理M2植株品质指标变化幅度和突变株发生频率均大于967H。 967H and 967L were used as materials because of their similar agronomic and other quality characteristics except their great difference in glucosinolate content. This study was to find out the correlation between glucosinolate content and sensitivity of irradiation in Brassica napus L. The results showed that the low - glucosinolate line was more sensitive to ^60Co γ rays irradiation than the high - glucosinolate line. The germination rate of 967H in the treatments with 800Gy, 1 000Gy or 1 200Gy irradiation was greater than 967L in a highly significant level. With these three doses of irradiation, the plant survival rate of 967 H was 9.8%, 19.8 % or 20.1% greater than 967L respectively. The same dose of irradiation had greater effects on the agronomic characteristics in M1 and M2 plants of 967L than in 967H. The main agronomic characteristics of 967L could be affected significantly by the 800Gy irradiation,while the same effects occurred in 967H will need 1 000Gy irradiation. 967L M2 plants had greater range of quality characteristics variation and greater frequency of mutant population than 967H.
