整装脱硝催化剂载体介孔TiO_2涂层的制备 被引量:4

摘要 分别使用三种溶胶-凝胶工艺制备脱硝用钛基蜂窝陶瓷介孔TiO2高比表面涂层。研究了经质量分数为5%的硝酸溶液处理的蜂窝陶瓷介孔TiO2的涂覆,结合XRD,SEM,BET等手段进行了微观表征和分析。结果表明:以冰醋酸为螯合剂的溶胶胶凝时间长,黏度合适,钛涂层负载量最大;TiO2主要呈锐钛矿晶型,表面钛涂层颗粒分散均匀,锐钛矿比表面积达到71.52m2/g。为蜂窝状整装脱硝催化剂国产化提供了载体基础。 A high specific surface titania-coating for monolithic deNOx catalyst supporter was prepared by three sol-gel methods. Mesoporous titanium dioxide loading of honeycomb ceramics coped by 5% in mass nitric acid solution was investigated. The experimental results and the microscopic analysis of SEM, XRD and BET showed that the sol chelated by glacial acetic acid had a long sol time, its sol glutinosity was easy for honeycomb coating and its titaniumloading capacity was the biggest. Titaniacoating particles on surface dispersed uniformly and the specific surface of TiO2 in anatase corresponded to 71.52m2/g, which provides a promising basis of making monolithic honeycomb catalyst of deNOx in China.
