摘要
除NO_x、除SO_2一体化净化装置中烟气先经高温除尘,再以SCR还原NO_x为N_2,并在同样温度下让V_2O_5将SO_2氧化成SO_3,进而制取70%的工业硫酸,供化肥生产用。已在100MW的热电厂中运行(烟气量0.125×10~6m^3/h、入口SO_2含量1800mg/m^3、NO_x800mg/m^3)。即使负荷变化、煤中含硫量波动,也均有90%以上的稳定转化率,还能去细小H_2SO_4液滴,除HCl、HF等。该过程能有效地防止酸雨的形成,又可较好利用煤中的硫组分,是防止大气污染、综合利用资源的优秀工艺过程,与单一的除NO_x工艺及传统的石灰石石膏法SO_2吸收工艺相比,具有明显的优点。
DESONOX process means reducing NO_xand SO_2 in flue gas Simultaneously.Passing through a high-temperature electrostatic Precipitator,NO_x in the flue gas was reduced by SCR catalyst and SO_2 was oxidized to SO_3 with V_2O_5 subsequently in the same reaction conditions.The end product is sulfuric acid with 70% concentration which can be used for fertilizer manufacture. This Process was realized in a Pilot Plant with 100MW and a capacity of 0.125×10~6m^3 flue gas/h,the crude content of SO_2、NO_x were 1800mg/m^3 and 800mg/m^3 respectively.It would have a stabilized Conversion above 90% even when the load is changed or the content of sulfur is fluctuating.Afld the H_2SO_4 aerosols as Well as HCl,HF can also be Separated by a specia1 precipitator.It cannot only prevent the precursor of acid rain,but also use the sulfur component in coal,therefore,It is a promising process for the atmospheric pollution control and has advantage,about the comprehesive utilization of raw material when comparing with single DENOX and the lime-gypsum process for SO_2 absorption.
