摘要
探讨利用CT技术对苹果内部酸度进行无损检测的可行性.使用基于X射线源的CT机,对富士苹果进行扫描,获得苹果剖面CT图像.发现图像某点的CT值与该点的pH值之间存在显著的线性相关性,建立相关模型,其决定系数R2为0.9775,得到苹果内部酸度立体分布图,同时进行实验验证,结果表明模型的平均误差为0.11%.由此找到通过CT图像检测果蔬内部酸度分布的新途径.
To quest for a method based on CT technology to measure the internal pH value of apples, the Fushi apples were scanned by X-ray CT machine which could output CT images of the section of apples. Correlation model and three-dimensional pictures which reflect the internal acidity distribution of apples were built, too. At the same time, another experiment was done to verify the preciseness of this model. The result shows that it was significant linear correlation between the CT and pH value, and average error of the model was 0. 11%. It was suggested that the method treated by CT image is feasible in prediction of acidity.
